Retain my services to provide the comfort of having an experienced nurse accompany your client to their DME/IME to provide support.  I will be your eyes/ears at the exam and a rebuttal witness at trial if needed. I will provide a detailed report of the encounter as well as a rebuttal report.  

I will review your client's medical record, place events in an easy to follow chronological order with all pertinent information noted. I will also attach a summarized report and any other information you request. You will receive a preliminary report format for your approval before I begin. 

I am a nationally certified Critical Care Registered Nurse with 7 years combined ICU and ER experience in Neuro, Trauma, Ortho, Transplant, Surgical, and Medical. I also have training in and as a SANE nurse. I received my BSN from Drexel University and am currently enrolled in my Master's of Forensic Nursing. My CV is readily accessible. 

I will have a  discussion with the attorney about the case and the claim that is being made. I will review medical records and give a report based on the findings. I will provide recommendations on what records to obtain if moving forward with the case as well as analyze liability and identify potential defendants.
